Thereafter Dhiren entered the back office team and has thereafter been associated with back office and KPO industry for the past 14 years. He is experienced in medical billing, drafting, post billing work (verifications and denials) and has been handling a team of 160 employees as an Operations Head.

His area of expertise is Billing for chiropractors, Acupuncturists, physical therapists and pain management providers under the No Fault Law of US.

He also has an excellent hands on drafting responses to verifications and handling denials.
